Description and Basic Information ::

Set in an Old West saloon, the Diamond Horseshoe Jamboree is a raucous good time, featuring a sextet of dance-hall girls, hooting-and-hollering cowboys, the mysterious and very talented Lily, and Sam the lovelorn saloon keeper. Naturally, all the cowboys spend most of their time trying to impress Lily, who prances around in her boa and highlights the show with a tantalizing version of “A Good Man is Hard to Find.”
Though the 30-minute show can get kind of hokey it times, it is a great way to cool off for a while and perhaps even experience a bit of appreciation for what’s left of the culture of the Old West. The Diamond Horseshoe Jamboree features plenty of acrobatics, song and dance, and what is intended to be humor. Kids and adults have equal chance of falling in love with the performance or falling asleep, though the former seems most likely. Refreshments can be purchased at your table. |
